First up on the panel we have none other than Mat Weir – founder & Managing Director of First Table. If you haven’t heard of First Table you are simply missing out… the tech startup offers half-price meals for the first table of the night. Launched in Queenstown, Mat’s business has since gone international. More recently Mat launched FirstEATS – a directory for takeaway food to help people navigate their hunger during Covid-19.

Next up we are lucky enough to have Richard McLeod on the panel – another innovative local. Richard founded Loaded Reports - a cloud based hospitality management system. More recently Richard co-founded Guesthq – an app for bar, restaurant and cafe owners to register their customers details and contact trace during Covid-19.
